Eh, my processor can't handle video recording software, including livestreaming, but... I suppose this'll help most people out in the long run.

I feel that some people will continue to use screen recording software, especially with the fact they go offscreen to the browser occasionally. But, I know a handful of people who might dearly adore this feature.

So, everyone's happy, except the people who can't record anything anyway.
