Do you have any previous staffing experience? If so, what? Yes. I was admin on the Masked Gamers Community server via nomination before it shut down. I received admin through playtime and was then nominated to be admin. I also payed for the server to have a Dark RP server and was technically "co-owner" on that server.

How often are you able to play on the server? I am able to play from around 3:30 - 4:00 (depending on the time I get home) to 10:00 PM every weekday, and from 8:00 am to 1:00 am the next day on Weekends (so nearly 24 hour sessions xD). I currently have 1 week, 1 day and a bit ontime on the server so I already have a large amount of playtime.

Why do you want to be a TTT moderator? I wish to be a TTT moderator because I have no life and am on steam almost all the time. This means that I can perform moderator duties when nobody else is available. I also enjoy the server and do not mind devoting my time to actually playing and helping other players when needed, again meaning that I can be asked to take a look at things so nobody else has to.

What do you believe the responsibilities of being a TTT moderator are? I believe that the responsibilities of being a TTT moderator are giving sufficient punishments to people who need them and enforcing all of the rules. I also believe that all TTT moderators should try to keep a stable and friendly environment within the server so that everyone can enjoy themselves and not be rdmed.

What qualities do you have that make you suitable for being a TTT moderator? I have already been a TTT moderator, and I believe that my best qualities are the fact that I can put out punishments when needed and I can be very analytical. I carefully check logs and death scenes, and I will carefully decide whether punishment is needed or not.

What would you say your biggest strength and weakness are? My strengths are that I do not mind dishing out punishments no matter who to. I am also a friendly person a lot of the time, meaning that I can easily get along and help new players. However my weaknesses are that I sometimes get angry easily and I tend to get annoyed more easily than I should sometimes. This should now not be an issue due to the fact I no longer take my Acne drug, and the side effects tend to wear off quickly.

Do you have anything else you would like to say? Yes. I would just like to say that anger should no longer be an issue with me and I am a lot calmer than I was last time i've played. I am also able to use my mic without issues, I just tend not to atm.

I believe that you have changed in terms of your anger. You are an outspoken player who is helpful and friendly. I do not see any problems with you getting a shot at a trial. That said +1

Thanks Mac :) the sort of incidents chand mentioned before weren't common, there was only a few of em really. So just because nobody has seen em doesn't mean that I have proved myself. TBH I still feel like I have some work to do, but nobody can be perfect. However, my anger has died down and I do believe that I can control myself at all times so as I said my anger shouldn't be a problem, so thanks for the +1 anyway. Ill continue to play and prove that I can constantly stay in control of my anger :)

I'm glad you finally applied again! I'm happy to see this :) You're extremely popular and no one seems to have a grudge on you in the server, which is good for an admin. You have quite a lot of time on the server and come on daily, if not, every other day. I would love to see you on trial and possibly admin Great application btw, +1.

Also, about my previous post which I have now removed for being utterly stupid and a terrible idea, I was also told by an admin it was a terrible idea. I was hyper when I posted it (does not excuse my stupidity for posting it) but I do see that and I didn't think about it until today, hours after it was posted. Hi Xeb, thanks for re-applying.

So I do have a couple of concerns. First of all, posting that link was completely unacceptable, as you now know. I understand, however, it was just an innocent mistake intended to be a joke and it will never happen again, but please do remember that this is a public space for all ages and pornographic links aren't acceptable. Another thing that concerns me a tiny bit is that sometimes you say things which can be interpreted as offensive or rude, such as the other day when you referred to someone as a "rdming prick". I know you say it was just a joke between the two of you but I think it comes across as serious and that isn't something a moderator should be saying without making it completely clear that it's just banter, so please do work on that.

All that aside, however, you have certainly improved on your anger issues. You've been a lot calmer ever since you came off your medication and it's been great seeing you laugh and have fun without getting really stressed out over getting killed. The other moderators seem to really believe you deserve a chance at a trial too, and you've received a good score of four +1's. So, whilst personally I still have some concerns and if it were left to me alone I'd say you still need more time to mature and improve, I'm outnumbered, and it isn't like you've RDM'd and left like before and my concerns are pretty minor compared to last time so I'm not going to stop your application again, especially when the other moderators seem so sure that you'll do a good job.

So, congratulations Xeb, accepted and on trial!

Yep, and as I have told you I won't be on the server for a few weeks anyway due to exams and the fact that I need to concentrate more on my Art GCSE for the next few weeks so I wouldn't have been suitable being away for 2 months anyway.
