Transformers Online

Coming this year, Jagex (the maker of RuneScape) will be making a F2P, MMO PvP/PvE shooter based on Transformers. Its also apparently going to be in-browser, so there won't be a need to download.

Am I the only one thrilled by the idea?

I cannot tell how I feel about this game for I played some transformers games and they were bad in my honest opinion but I can go see and give this a try when it comes out

War of Cybertron was apparently good, and Fall of Cybertron (which I've played) was extremely good and completely full of bad-ass moments.

As a shooter, those games were mostly mediocre; it wad the characters and setting which made those two games unique. So when the company that made Runescape comes along and decides to make a browser Transformer shooter, I hope to everything they do it right. However, my expectations aren't high.

After what I've seen happen to Runescape, and what they did to Ace of Spades... Can't say I'm looking forward to this, either.

Plus, I'm not a big fan of Browser MMOs.

I've never personally played a Transformers game but love the movies and this just sounded very interesting to me :3

BTW, I'm sure it's called Transformers Universe. (I believe transformers online is a card game) I have signed up for the game and have been waiting for it since last year. I even watch the cartoon, transformers: prime (Don't judge me! lol)

EDIT: just remembered i tried a ps3 transformers game... i think it was fall of cybertron or something
