I had no idea you could just not lynch someone. I thought it was tradition, like drinking heavily and fighting people who don't support the same football team as you.

Gosh y'all are weird

Just to make sure I've read all the important parts, we've established that all the roles are named after tarot cards, and that someone is being bullied now for voting no lynch...?

I have a question for everyone, if you don't answer I'm going to assume the answer is 'no I do not'

Here's a list of the tarot cards with a team next to them, based on either the connotations of the names, or on research into the cards.



Bearing this list in mind (albeit with a grain of salt - i.e. don't use this completely to answer this question, also use your own judgement about the likely nature of the roles), does anyone have any reason to believe that someone's tarrot card may be misleading when guessing their allignment? Whether that be because you have a role that seems very scummy but is town, or because you have some information about the setup, or something else.


Given how vague this leaves everything, answering honestly shouldn't give mafia too much info or put anyone in any serious danger so everyone should be honest with this or else it will come back to bite you.

Eh, I'm just gonna go by the book. I mean, we have no information other than that the roles are named after tarot cards. Unless someone's going to claim.

Also to Inf's question - probably. The roles seem too vague to make a sufficiently-substantiated alignment guess.

Unless someone claims day 0, I don't think it'd be practical lynching anyone?

Vote no lynch.

It could be possible that the lovers are tied, if there are two of them. If one dies, the other dies.

Inversely, however, it could be possible that it's the other way around, and both must be killed, otherwise neither shall die.

I think that justice may have something to do with the whole "eye for an eye". i.e. if killed, they are able to kill someone of their choice. Thoughts?

(now for the silly part)

The hierophant gives you two soul hearts.

How did you figure out it was this? One of my cards are on this, and it is correct, I just think wouldnt figure out that this was a part of the game, never heard of it, guess I'm just stupid ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Seems like a good starting point though.

Also, what the fuck is a hierophant?

I hadn't heard of any of this stuff either, I'd heard of tarot cards but didn't know what they were, but I searched google using the image I was given for my role and it led me to tarot card pages, which is where I learnt my role was a tarot card, then I googled 'arcana' to see if that gave any clues and it said it was linked to tarot cards, so I googled the cards and viola

Then I did a bit (not a lot, more should be done!!!) of research into the common interpretations and history behind the cards to see if that gave any clues as to what allignment/roles they're linked to

And a hieophant is some kind of religious figure of some sort. I found one website that likened it to a shaman, so maybe it's similar to a werewolf shaman somehow or something, no idea

Also notty was posting elephants earlier and elephant, hieophant, maybe she's softing that idk
