Let's say you're Naoh, and you're on this site at 2 AM, and only one other person is on. You see a new post in the AoD map submissions called "Jeb!" you click on the post to see... *gasp* SPAM! But, even though you moderate AoD, you can't delete the post.
Of course, that's unlikely to happen, but I don't see why server staff shouldn't be able to have forum powers in their own server subforums. If nothing else, it could be a different staff rank for the servers or an additional permission for some Mods+
