Simple. This command has been a part of RoF since its conception and has not worked properly ever. It resets for some people, it doesn't record correctly at all for others, it's just plain wrong and there is not a single point to keeping it. There's not a single reason for keeping it. I could make an alphabetical list of all RoF players and it would still be more accurate than /ontime top.

I believe the reason why Ontime doesn't keep playerdata is because it was set to purge a player's data if they haven't logged into the server for more than 30days.
This is true, but it's still inaccurate in other ways. For example, when I first played on the server, it reset everyday. For a lot of other players it has also consistently been wrong. It's broken in so many ways I doubt it can be fixed or is even worth fixing.

This suggestion has been implemented into the server. However, RoF will likely get a new playertime tracking plugin which will hopefully actually work.
