[Suggestion] Enderchest at public blaze spawner?

Ok, so lately, I've been going to the public blaze spawner to get blaze rods for a brewing stand, but every single time I go there, I die. The latest time, escaped blazes knocked me out. So, I'm wondering, is it possible to put an enderchest just outside the public blaze spawner? That way, it would be easier to get blaze rods back to base, even if you still die on the way back. Just a suggestion, not required, but you can consider it! Thank you for the time :)
