SCP - Secure, Contain, Mafia [GAME OVER]

The erronous waiting time isn't something game-related, just both hosts being unavailable... I'll look if I got time tomorrow, unless '1 hour of helping clean the house' turns into 7 hours again...
It's a very tense night at site ██ . Not many people were left alive from the Chaos Insurgency intrusion. One person just wanted to survive, would they get what they want?
Unfortunately, no. People like that are prime targets for the Chaos Insurgency. They saw a lone D-class as a perfect victim, and to crush the site staff's hope.
Ltin's body was found hanging from a balcony, in prime view for the remaining four innocent staff members to see.
Timdood3, Faliara, Old_Man_Oak_63, and Jolteon42 looked at Ltin's body gently swaying, mouths agape. Oak looked furious, and Jolteon was upset at not having a chance to get his revenge first. Faliara looked tired, and Timdood nodded in memorial of Ltin.
Gunfire erupted seconds later, all four of them got struck by several bullets and collapsed.
The road to ruin, chicken23456789, cooliorules, and GmK all emerged from the shadows, grinning. Cooliorules and The road to ruin looked especially excited, while chicken looked a bit nervous. GmK looked at chicken and simply winked.
This incident would later be published to the SCP archives, with the names of the Chaos Insurgency members being [REDACTED].
Ltin was the D-Class[Survivor], found hanging. Stone. Cold.
Timdood3 was an Employee, simply caught up in all the chaos.
Faliara was a Security Chief, able to get intel on certain rooms.
Old_Man_Oak_63 was 05-2, giving out items to others.
Jolteon42 was the Loyal Vigilante, able to propose targets to kill.
And here are all SIX winners, of SCP Secure, Contain, Mafia.
The road to ruin, 2 Item Forger.

Cooliorules, One-Shot Janitor.
GmK, Roomblocker.
Erik5456, Serpent's Hand. Wanted 2 anomalous items, but needed to get lynched once there were none.
Samlen, Rogue Mobile Task Force Agent. NOT MALE TO FEMALE. Had to outlast SCP-096, Hunter27a1.
We had a good time hosting this game, and learned a lot from it! Keep criticisms constructive, please.

can we know how roles actually work now, please
as in, list of roles and mechanics and items and how they interact and all hidden abilities/special cases
also all possible item variations from the refiner scp thingy
the lists requested would be greatly appreciated
Starting to think I really suck at mafia... 5 or6 games and I've lost every time? Bad luck or am I dragging my team down this badly?
I was against lynching you ( although I feel the conditions that confirmed you innocent really should not have happened)

This was the last complete list I could find and a couple things were tweaked I believe, I tried to catch them by rereading it right now but I may have forgotten about a couple.
Looking back, a couple things were probably too intense for a closed setup. But they also hadn't been tried before, and not all experimentation will yield the best results. I liked most of the loyal killer voting system and the insane medical staff penalty was fairer compared to a completely unhelpful doctor.
There were an additional few chances for kills but the town had two roleblocks and two protects that gave them a lot of potential.
Fiestaguy should post the items, I'm unable to find them currently.
77_is_the_best I'm asking Fiestaguy about that night as he was in control for it.

Action table probably won't happen as we didn't use an excel spreadsheet for it, and the information is harder than normal for both Fiesta and I to put together since we had a couple nights where we put it together independently.
