Existing Members Town House Rules:
You are required to meet all but one of the above rules.

My house doesn't meet 2 or more of the new member rules, what do?
You have two choices, if you fail to pick one, you leave the choice to the family leader!
1. Fix your house so it does fit the New Member House Rules.
2. Craft an axe and apply it to your house.

Are you mad!? I can't move my house onto a plot on the West Side!
It can stay, if this is the only rule being broken.

Bawww! My house has a ground floor bigger than 100 sq blocks!
It can stay, if this is the ONLY rule being broken.

So for existing builds, they can stay as long as they are only breaking one rule?
Yes.

Placed in a new thread, please sticky so players can see this.

Another thing, i have been going around today to see which houses have followed what the regulation state. With them, i am grateful for their time and effort into making this a better place. However, some have decided to ignore this, and one person has even removed a sign i placed outside their home. This behavious is unnacceptable, and such actions shall be treated seriously. From now on, i will screenshotting every building that I place a sign on, for a record in the event this happens again. Removing a sign to try to outwit us shall result in immediate demolition of your house, no exceptions.

How would one go about acquiring a plot of land to build on?
I saw the sections near the main gate marked out with gravel, but I'm not sure if they're available just yet.
