Random Block of quartz!

Okay I know I should'nt of been under the spawn in lobby but it spawned me there and there is a random block of quartz under it and it's SOO ANOYING , can you get rid of it?

If its under the spawn, then its under spawn. You shouldn't be under the spawn, should be on top of the spawn entering a portal?
