I'm pretty sure it's a trope but I don't really know what to call it. Is anyone familiar with Lilo and Stitch with the large guy who was trying to eat ice cream the entire time and in Avatar the Last Airbender the cabbage man? A reoccurring background character that give comedic affect based on the same unfortunate accident happening to them?
