Why the rating is totally needed, dude: Because at the moment there is an "Agree" and a "Disagree" rating, why not one in the middle?

I remember suggesting this on the "Sad" thread. , So I think this is a good idea.

"Unsure" or "Skeptical" (as like a counter to being optimistic about something) or even "Questionable" could work.
Since it's probably a rating more fitting to be used when someone is uncertain about an idea, or post, or anything along those lines and the "disagree" rating doesn't quite work; I would say that since Oh No and Funny already have a similar icon, I think having a third would seem to much. Can I suggest perhaps a question mark as its icon, or perhaps... maybe a lightning bolt to coincide with the Optimistic rainbow?

I believe there is an icon with a lightning bolt that could be used as a "Skeptical" rating , but there is already a confused rating with the question mark as the icon.

Why the rating is totally needed, dude:
Last Survivor, when Pim won- You have no idea how frustrated I was when I couldn't find a rating that could scream out 'Congratulations!' to him. Don't tell me the 'Winner' rating exists, we all know that rating's there for a different reason altogether. Maybe someone won Survivor or Mafia or maybe even achieved something they're proud of in real life. Maybe someone finally achieved finishing a Minecraft project they've worked so hard on. Maybe, someone's map entrée got accepted for the first time. Or maybe someone won a Blocktopia event. Don't you all want to tell that person congratulations? This is why... This is why I think we should have a rating that screams out that very message.

Name of the rating: I've actually been thinking about this for the past few days and haven't been able to think of a fitting name. "Winner" keeps popping into my head, but that's already in use...
Explanation: It's basically a "like" or "Winner" rating, but with a twist: You can only give one every month/two months. I feel like this could be a very nice addition. It would mainly be used when someone's like: "Wow, that's literally the best thread I've seen in a while", or "This map looks awesome and it HAS to get accepted." etc. The rating wouldn't be used too fast I think, as you're only able to spend it once every month, so you really want to use it on something mind-blowing. Kind of like the ERMAGHERD-rating, but for normal members. Hey, I'm bad at explaining stuff, but I hope you got what I mean.

I imagine someone would most likely be very happy when they see one of their posts received this rating, and of course it can just be useful when you think something's really cool, but you just feel like a "Winner" or "Like" won't do it!

I feel like once a week would make it "lose its value", to put it like that. A trophy icon might actually be brilliant, now just for a name... How about "Glorious"? "Impressive"? "Resplendent"? But hey, I'm not sure whether everyone would really like it or whether it's even codeable...

Maybe a hand waving goodbye? A face of a smiley with a salute?

Why the rating is totally needed, dude:

Reserved to the introduce yourself say hello/goodbye forum and only used on goodbye threads.
This rating is for all those like that really have nothing to say to those few that write they are leaving blocktopia, taking a break, or having a vacation and so on.
As I'm sure there are many that really have had no interaction with particular individuals with nothing to really add to the conversation on their depart, but wish them well all the same.
Which to some just posting 'bye' without mushy "I love you xxx please dear god no" is seen as cold and callous.

A door opening, perhaps the words 'welcome'

Why the rating is totally needed, dude:

Reserved to the introduce yourself say hello/goodbye forum and only used on introduction threads.
To signify a big welcome to the community for those new members that post an introduction as a lot of forum users have nothing more to say then what has been said and do not post.
With fewer people posting in introduction threads the forums and community can come off as cold and unwelcoming.

'Glad to have you back' or 'we needed you back' or 'welcome back!' or something along those lines

What kind of icon should it like, awesomley, have:

The icon would be a smiley giving a hug or maybe a teddy bear

Why the rating is totally needed, dude:

Reserved for threads where a user has returned either from leaving Blockopia or from vacation etc.
This is to show happiness and cherished feelings for having a person back with or without the need to actively post so.

You know when you say something that's really derp or offensive without meaning to and someone calls you on it? Well that happens, there's nothing you can really do but make a new post...and making a one line post just to apologize doesn't really seem like a good option.
