So addicting ;_; strongest pokémon I have so far is a 432 CP Golbat. Strongest Pokémon I've caught in the wild was a 200 CP Pidgeotto. Currently hold 3 gyms in my town >:D (Team Mystic or riot)

I got a Weedle from my 2km egg so I don't think they are worth the effort perhaps the 5km are better

I think Niantic confirmed that teams have not got any sort of benefits or what ever. The only benefit currently is numbers of a team in an area and that's it. Someone also told me that each team corresponds to a legendary so that's something to remember/confirm.

I'm still Level One because I couldn't fix my GPS but I fixed it today, it was because of a loose screw which disconnected the GPS from the antenna :/

I nearly caught a 224 Spearow but the servers crashed and I couldn't catch it

I've caught 27 different pokemon so far, strongest is a level 395 pidgeot! I spent 2 1/2 hours cycling around at 3am to find different kinds as I have lakes, rivers, forests, etc near me so I have a wide variety around me.

There's 5 gyms around me and someone has a level 883 Vaporeon on theirs D:

After a two hour crusade Team Instinct has been eliminated from my town. Team Mystic now holds every gym! #DaBirdInDaNorf
I own 2 gyms with my 432 and 282 Golbats
I've also hatched two 5km eggs and the results were a 195 Slowpoke and a 101 Gastly.

They hatch into pokemon depending on your level, you'll be able to catch electabuzz in the wild once you're level 13 or so

Yeah once I become level 9 I'll get a lucky egg. When I use it I can evolve all my pidgeys for 1k xp each so then leveling will go a small bit quicker. And then I'll find higher CP pokemon

That's what I've been doing! Just hatched a 10km egg and 5km egg and got my second machop which I evolved, and a cp408 scyther from my 10km egg!

Went to the park today with Hoog to catch some pokemon & go to the pokestops. Someone put down a lure module nearby and we met some pretty cool people. It was fun xD

How do I decide what to spend my stardust on? I have about 10k right now, should I spend it on a CP ~200 Pokemon I got from a 5km egg? (Exeggcute, Seel, Mankey, Ponyta, etc.) or should I wait and spend it on the 10km egg that I have incubating now? Or just dump it on my Eevee that's one candy away from evolving?

I'd save it for upgrading big CP pokemon you may come across, for example I have a level 564 Pidgeot, however once I upgrade my Pidgey that I just caught which is CP311, to a Pidgeotto then Pidgeot, I'll end up with a possible 600+ level Pidgeot that hasn't been upgraded, then I'd go mad on upgrades to get it to around CP800, thus making it a tank to stick on your local gym.

You'll come across the odd pokemon that is a very high CP, so it's worth saving it up to upgrade pokemon that are high level, as you will waste too much dust upgrading anything under CP500 if it is at max evolution so it is only worth using it on ones you've evolved into CP500+ pokemon imo.

However if you're a low level (9 and under) then I'd recommend using it the same way, just on CP300+.
