Short Lore: Orin is known as the engineer’s town not without a reason. When the engineers first came here, all they could see was swamp. Everyone said they were daft to build a town on a swamp, but they built it all the same, just to show them. It sank into the swamp. So they built a second one. And that sank into the swamp. So they built a third. That burned down, fell over, and then sank into the swamp. But the fourth one was built on the plains, and it stayed up. And that's what Orin came to be - the most engineered town in all the land.
