Right, I feel as now is the time to bring this up. According to this wiki article, Primus does not attack players unless 'provoked or threatened' and we're supposed to offer back stuff if we don't need it.
HOWEVER, I have noticed several raids occurring when players do it without someone coming and attacking us and sometimes simply raiding for the 'fun' of it. I've started this thread because maybe I'm/other people are just confused on what these rules mean, maybe they're not the correct set of rules for Primus, and maybe people just might not know about them. Something here obviously isn't right, though.
I hope this thread can serve as a place for discussion surrounding these rules, and to do so I believe a few key questions need to be answered:

I hope this thread can serve as a place for discussion surrounding these rules, and to do so I believe a few key questions need to be answered:
- Is this the right kind of policy for Primus? Does it need to be changed? Refined?
- If so, what counts as being 'provoked or threatened'? What is proper (legal) revenge/defense if someone is provoked/threatened?
- What do we do with people who do not uphold these rules? What kind of punishment should be enforced?
