I have no skin I like in particular; I like them all because they're all fun to make. c:

I use MCSkin3D, and I used to use SkinEdit. I think Neon uses minershoes.com, which is a nice skin editing website, but I don't prefer it as you can't change brush size or undo things.

What does it look like/Referance picture?(Details please.): Dark brown hair, blue eyes, and I'm fine with any color for the shirt/pants/shoes. I'm not good at being specific.
Who do you want to make the skin? Neon or Kylie?: Doesn't matter :3 I like having multiple skins so I can change through them every once in a while. :)
