Luckily, the solution is really simple... stop being inactive on zombie 
That's the beauty of the inactivity warning. If you forgot to leave a note, you just get a little tap "Hey, where've you been?" and you can explain if you're going to be inactive for a while longer, or simply pick up your activity again.
Such simplicity. I wish real life worked like that.
