How many hours have you played on the server for? 14 hours
How many hours can you spend helping out the server per week? I can staff the server for roughly 20 hours a week, but 10 or 15 would be a better number to expect. The time I can be online seems to be a time when Create doesn't have any staff members on for the most part.
What prior staffing experience do you have? I have staffed AoD 1.0, A+T, AoD 2.0, and the Forums. This shows that I have the experience to learn how to operate the commands that will be unfamiliar, and that I know how to work with people. I also believe that this shows that, despite the maturity I lack and have always lacked, I know how to be mature when needed and responsible on Create.
What do you think the role entails? The role is simple. You play on the server like usual, being a friendly face and having good character, and when someone breaks a rule or a fight breaks out or one of the many things that can happen inevitably happen, it's your job to solve the problem and right the situation.
Why do you want to be a staff member? I want to be a staff member because I want the best for the server, and because of my ego, I am the best. More seriously, I do believe that I have the experience and confidence to give the current Create staff a helping hand.
What qualities can you bring to the current staff team, that set you apart from other applicants? Experience and my ability to be a critic. SirComp and Salient are the only Create staff that have more experience staffing than me, and I can be a useful staff member to be asked questions by the players and future staff about the server and about staffing. In addition, I am very good at being a critic, and putting myself in this position would allow me to give people applying for non-staff ranks good feedback on how to improve their building if they are not ready for the rank.
How would you approach a problem that you are unfamiliar with? Ask someone who might know, which in my experience has usually been a former staff member, or ask another staff member to deal with it and watch what they do.
