On the topic of grinders and farms, are we allowed to construct automatic pumpkin/melon farms (or any other automatic plant farm using pistons)?

by that i think what he means is mob farms/grinders not actual food farms.

X% of the world falls under PvE area, 100% of the nether falls under PvE area, and 100% of the end falls under PvE area.

Claiming is legal, though if people cannot get all resources the nether will be expanded, and we make sure there is at least one public spawner then.

What do you mean by all the resources? Do you mean if all the nether brick and fences are gone you will make a new one?

I am talking about the amount of blaze spawner, and as resource I talk about blaze rods.
But if any resource is running out, we will sure look into it and probably expand it.
