As one nears the city the first thing they will notice is a wall/pathway that goes around nearly the entirety of the mountains. The homes of Hyperion are built into cliffs.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=#ffffff]Why should your settlement be a City?: [/BCOLOR][BCOLOR=#ffffff]Hyperion is one of the largest settlements with a some active players. The concept of Hyperion being cliff side is unique. We have very ambitious plans to build some very large builds high up on the mountains. Hyperion is also up for the challenges of living PVP zone.[/BCOLOR]

Hyperion is one of the prominent settlements in the PvP zone and it lives up to its name. You've integrated the mountain into your city well, and clearly indicated your presence with the walls. You're lacking a few buildings, but it's clear that your village has been working together to improve your settlement. I trust that you will expand and become a great city.
