how do i apply to be staff ?

Click one of the links that say Blocktopia: <server> and looks for its' "Apply for staff" link. Go to the application format, and copy that. Then go back into the "apply for staff" and create a new thread. Paste the format there, and answer the questions with your best answers for them.
I suggest playing a bit longer before applying so you can learn a lot more about being staff and what other staff are like. Feel free to PM staff on how you should act and work towards getting the rank. To PM just click someone's name and click "start conversation". You can wright your question there.
