Attributes:
Constitution magic resistance bonus increased
Dexterity movement speed bonus increased
Dexterity projectile damage bonus increased

Sorcerer:
Bolt:
Base damage decreased (15 > 12)
Intelligence scaling decreased (1.4 > 1.0)
Cooldown increased to 6 seconds.
Fireball:
Mana cost increased to 30
Velocity increased
Icebolt:
Mana cost increased to 40
Velocity increased

Warlock:
SiphonBlood range increased
BoilBlood now only requires 1 stack of BloodUnion
BloodUnion lasts longer

Spellsword:
Damage with swords increased
Smite cooldown lowered to 5 seconds
HealingSurge now heals faster and healing per wisdom point has been increased

Warrior:
Mightyblow damage increased (3 > 5)
Mightyblow damage scaling increased (0.7 > 1.0)

Executioner:
Darkscythe damage scaling with intellect decreased (1.0 > 0.6)
IronFist damage scaling with strength decreased (1.15 > 1.0)

Knight
Charge removed, replaced with HarmShield
ShieldReflect reflection rate increased (20% to 75%)
Cleave damage increased (1.25 multiplier to 1.5 multiplier)

Berserker:
Lunge range increased
Bleed damage now applies quicker

Ranger:
Jump height scaling with dexterity decreased (0.04 > 0.02)

Hunter:
PoisonArrow damage increased

Marksman:
Bow general damage increased

Stalker:
Assassinsblade damage increased
Poison damage increased
