Made some edits to this as to bring it up to date with the current scene/times:

Learning: Added 3kliksphillips, steel, and voo CS' youtube channels.
Playing: Added CEVO.
Trading and Betting: Added SteamRep (how did I not do this when I originally made this thread?)
Watching Pro Matches: Removed RoomOfFire (less relevant) and Gosugamers (incredibly poor coverage compared to HLTV). Added ELeagueTV Twitch stream and Thooorin's youtube channel.
