Planetside 2 is a really fair F2P Shooter.
BattlefieldPay2Win is just bad, worse than the newest BFs.
Generals&Heroes, some random F2P FPS and later with strategic elements, too.
ArmA 2 Free, is a nice Demo, just like the newest games. Without modsupport. But you can still host your own server there and make your own missions. The original ArmA got always modsupport.
Rigs of Rods, just a little simulator where you can make everything. It is really good at simulating crashes if the car is made for crashes... But you can take planes and Ships and Helicopters too.
Oh and the remake of the first Sim City, it is named Micropolis.

It's way better, and less demanding, than the Ace of Spades that was bought by Jagex.
Build and Shoot, previously being Ace of Spades, is a free block-building FPS, where you can construct the battlefield, while fighting on it. There are several game modes, some made by the community, but plenty of possibilities for grief.
Don't go into this game expecting to be able to build your builds. It is a battlefield, afterall.

Oh god, Tower Defense Games.
That particular genre was what I was entirely interested in before getting into bigger games. There are so many out there, in so many different varieties...
Hmm, may as well add in the few more I have, not sure if they have been said before.
Hawken - A fast paced mech fighting FPS game, really fun and can get intense, at least for me.
Path Of Exile - An Online Action RPG, similar to Diablo. I end spending a long time playing whenever I start it up.
Warsow - A fast FPS, set in a cyber world, blood and gore is non existent, and its open source and will always remain free. I dont play it myself, I just have it installed.
Warzone 2100 - An RTS game, based around being able to make custom tanks/aircraft using all the different weapons, hulls etc. Fun, but dont play against the AI, it creates way to many units, lagging the game.
Thats all i got right now, again I dont know if any of the games I said were said before. Sorry if they were. I cant remember.

Just found a new game. Completly Free2Play and made by the community.

A C&C Renegade Stand-Alone Mod, which introduces all those things from Tiberian Sun (Yep I love that game)
It is a FPS. Not like the normal C&C, which is a RTS series... And dead already (F2P C&C won't be good)
And who likes Red Alert, there is actually a Stand-Alone Mod, too. "Red Alert: A Path beyond"
Oh and the orignal Command & Conquer is Free2Play. Tiberian Down, Red Alert 1, Tiberian Sun, Red Alert 2.

As you can see from the link it's called "The last stand: Dead zone" it's a beta MMO action/strategy game where you play in a quarantined city you fight zombies,level up,explore and loot buildings for resources that reset every 24 hours,help or raid other players compound and upgrade and create/manage things for your own compound in real time.
A word of warning this game may be free but like many free games it has benefits if you pay it's up to you to decide if you can succeed it this game without paying (possible but takes time). You may also have to be a member of the website to play but i don't know for sure.
After you reach lv 10 you can join/create an alliance and i was thinking about creating one for blocktopia so id like to hear your opinion.

Well, that's less F2P and more... Singleplayer.
The definition of F2P I'm going for is "An multiplayer online game that does not require a payment in order to basically play. Usually includes Freemium benefits."
But, people have been here posting singleplayer games, so...
