Let be there general discussion about official settlement demographics.
Unofficial settlements may be here, but their population is hard to measure.

Server is running for 5.5 months.
I'm assuming, that plugin doesn't lie about number of people and Inactive line in clan profile.
Also I'm assuming, that double clan wipe removed mostly inactive users.
There are 14 clans in varying stages of development and size.

3 Cities, 5 Towns and 6 Villages.

Population of clans:

Some of them seem to be in demographic crisis, and others are booming.
Baseline population: (taken from settlement applications)
Village - 4; Town - 9; City - 20 people.

First city and town of Elysium seems to be little... inactive.
25% of baseline population.

Second city of Elysium is underpopulated.
45% of baseline population.

Third city of Elysium seems to be fine.
110% of baseline population.

Second town of Elysium is struggling. Efforts are underway to increase its population.
22% of baseline population.

Fourth town of Elysium seems to be doing exceptionally well.
200% of baseline population.

Sixth town of Elysium is doing nicely.
133% of baseline population.

No information found on 7th town of Elysium. Do Shin'Ai went way of dinosaurs?
EDIT: Goku is kinda here.
11% of baseline population.

8th town of Elysium is very young and quickly growing. Inby they apply for city.
188% of baseline population.

First village of Elysium seem to be in deep troubles.
25% of baseline population.

Second village of Elysium seems to be trying to skip town stage?
400% of baseline population.

Third village of Elysium seems to be stable.
100% of baseline population.

Fourth village of Elysium is doing very well! I bet they are thinking about applying!
200% of baseline population.

No information found on Peripetia. Are they dead?
0% of baseline population.

8th village of Elysium has explosive growth! They are applying for town now. I bet, that they will apply for city week or two later.
250% of baseline population.
Average city population: 51% of baseline population. Looks like some major powers have demographic crisis.
Average town population: 109% of baseline population. Middle-sized nations are stable.
Average village population: 213% of baseline population. Small nations have baby-boom.

There is chart by David:

Snowfall: 31
Wizards: 17
Fisk: 11
Camelot: 6
Sancti: 82 including Oceanus
CTY: 25
Crucia: 32
Anitrius: 10
Concord: 20
Esper: 8
Peripeteia: 10
Shin'ai: 16
Atlantis: 13
You can see how hard was that double clan wipe.
Probably inactive people are bumping it up.

Giant clan derp happened on: 26th February and on 20th May.

Very nice job Raxo!
But, there is one unfortunate problem.. the clan plugin has messed up a few times, and people had to get reinvited to their clans. Some people still haven't been reinvited yet.

I know, I think people didn't get reinvited, because either they are inactive, or leaders are inactive.

This is a very useful tool, personally I like the neat way you have presented all the information raxo and personally if people still haven't been re-added at this point I very much doubt it will happen in future either. So I don't think inactive players should be factored in.
Furthernotes: Peri is indeed dead, the clan is starting over I believe at a new location near Aurum.

Thanks :)
But I will count numbers as if they were fully restored - inactive people doesn't contribute to economy.

Unfortunately the wizards have suffered a vast decline recently. However, we are looking into recruiting now. Currently, several key wizards have left the server or have been perma'd. Any of the newer players who were classically members of the wizard clan have, like a lot of the players in cities like snowfall, sancti, etc, have left the server/community. Another problem is that in an ideal server, pretty much everyone wants to run a town. This is why the numbers of villages+ outnumbers the number of online players when I'm normally on.

Or leaders aren't inviting them back because simpleclans broke and Crucias leaders aren't ranked as leaders.

Well... Elysium is running for over 6 months now.
Let see demographics now:

Well 2 another clans just disappeared from /clan list...
There is lack of Fisk, Peripetia (they are rebuilding), Shin'Ai and Snowfall.
Looks like older clans didn't recovered from clan wipes.

Let see how settlements are faring.

City - baseline population: 20 (68.3%, or 176.6%, if Biblius is right for all cities average)
Snowfall - not found.
Crucia - 30% of baseline population.
Sancti - 157% of baseline population. Biblius claims, that is something over 500%.

Town - baseline population: 9 (159%, 154%, when Esper becomes Town)
Wizards - 44.4% of baseline population.
CTY - 177.7% of baseline population.
Concord - 277.7% of baseline population.
Shin'Ai - not found.
Atlantis - 50% of baseline population.
Oceanus - 344.4% of baseline population.

Village - baseline population: 4 (110%, 68.8%, when Esper becomes Town)
Camelot - 175% of baseline population.
Port Fisk - not found.
Anitrius - 100% of baseline population.
Esper - 275% of baseline population. When they become town, it will be 122.2%.
Peripetia - not found. Rebuilding.

Newest (official) town is Wisteria!
Okay.
Wisteria has 177% of baseline population (Town).
It slightly increases average percentage of baseline population for Towns.
Also it greatly increase it for villages.

Will recalculate it completely 28th July.
---------------------------------------------------MERGED----------------------------------------------------------------

Elysium is running 7th month! Let see its demographics.
There is 14 clans.

Cities: 128.3% of baseline population (20). yay improvement.
Snowfall: 80% of baseline population.
Crucia: 25% of baseline population.
Sancti: 280% of baseline population.

Towns: 173% of baseline population (9) with Shin'ai or 198% without it. There are 4 towns, that could apply for cities ;). Nice improvement BTW.
Wizards: 55% of baseline population.
CTY: 233.3% of baseline population.
Concord: 266.6% of baseline population.
Shin'Ai - I think all population were absorbed into Sanci, so it won't be counted.
Atlantis: 111.1% of baseline population.
Oceanus: 266.6% of baseline population.
Wisteria: 311.1% of baseline population.
Esper: 144% of baseline population.

Villages: 66.6% of baseline population (4). with 2 other absorbed villages, or 200% without them.
Camelot: 200% of baseline population.
Fisk: Absorbed.
Anitrius: Absorbed.
