It's been a while since I was told of this riddle, a baby crawls on its fours in its youth, a man walks on 2 legs , a senior walks with a cane . Something along those lines!

yep, in fact it appears in a legend in Ancient Greece I believe, the sphinx would ask travellers its riddle and if they couldn't answer it , the sphinx killed them. Although I can't remember who in the legends did manage to solve its riddle, I'm sure some history buff could quickly tell you!
