Okay, if I'm honest, this map isn't ideal for AoD, at least not in it's current state. The map is too large and spacey, with what seems to be a lot of novelties in it (such as the spleef arena, why's that still there?) The secret rooms aren't really secret and are either useless or filled with too many OP items (such as a shitload of cake). There's too many weapons (I've found several chests containing lots of weapons), food's too common and it almost feels like it's been ported in straight from creative mode with all of it's dirt and wool deco, with glowstone everywhere.

How is cake OP? its food...

This map seems interesting, I am not sure about it capability (its probably spelled wrong, KILL ME!) for AoD gameplay, but it looks cool, and i would sure like to try it ingame.:) I had not time to download map, so I am not sure about how it is, but i worry that survivors could dig down in the mountain the manison is on, and hide there, maybe a layer of bedrock there to prevent this. From what i can see, I would like to have the map added.

I think that if a player digs down there the hunters will still have an easy enough time of getting to them (just dig down in an adjacent tunnel). Though perhaps preventing survivors from destroying grass or dirt could fix the problem, too.

Personally, I dunno about this map. There isn't anything that stands out to me as to why it couldn't work in AoD...it just doesn't feel like an AoD map, though. *shrug*

I completely agree with Writr on this, the map just doesn't feel "made" for AoD. The server seems to benefit much more from well made custom maps - made just for AoD - than maps converted to AoD; Examples of bad ones being SkullFortress, Fortress, Hightower, and Jorvik/High Catton. Maps that are chosen simply because they look good don't seem to work well with AoD. Some maps do work well when converted though, such as most of Razinao's maps.
On another topic, it's great to see some new map makers ;)!

Also, as a question to staff; are map makers supposed to be writing these "input files"?

It can't hurt I guess. Iguana did request that they be submitted with the map files, but it's up to Budgie now.
In that case, I think a detailed explanation of some of the less obvious things on the configuration is due; I.e. Kit reset time, "Team1", and box chance.

Secrets are sooo 2011.

SkullFortress, Fortress, Hightower, and Jorvik/High Catton. Maps that are chosen simply because they look good don't seem to work well with AoD.
These maps had originally not been edited at all to be compatible with AoD so either had no chests, or chests that were filled with OP stuff. I have personally edited this map so that neither of these problems exist.

After looking at the map I find it to be well balanced. like a few maps there's a way to get a diamond sword . there's some clever things you can do to hide in this map. I find this map like a old map called mansion. There are some things I don't like about this map But over all I hope it makes it in AOD +1

What Baker said. I'm not a huge fan of the color scheme, but that's more of a personal taste issue rather than anything wrong with the map itself. It's unique, well constructed, and the chests all looked very reasonable to me.

General note for mapmakers: Planet Minecraft maps are fine. If you see something awesome that you think would be great for the server, go for it. Just make sure to properly credit the original authors and make the necessary revisions (chests, structures, size). Uploading the original map with minimal alterations or taking credit for someone else's work = bad form.
