I also play alot on SMP so I will decrease that a bit if I get staff. If I get more time I will be more on.

What would you say your biggest weakness is, and how would you work to improve it?My biggest weakness might be my spelling, english isnt my native language, so its some words i dont know how to spell correctly, but I understand almost everything pretty well. If I proof-read what i types, I can get most typed correctly, but in minecraft generally it isnt time to that. I will try to type a bit slower, and proof-read what I have typed, but I doubt it ever will get perfect.
What food/beverage would best suit your personality and why? Chocolate, sweet and most people like it
Why do you deserve the rank?I mean that I deserve the rank since I am very pretty active and try to answer all questiosn being asked. I also want to make AoD to a better server to play on, helping with players breaking the rules, since it is really frustrating to se a player calling other motherf***ers and stuff like that without being able to do anything.
I do know the server and rules very well, so that wont be a problem. When I see rulebreakers when no staff is on, I take some screenshots incase IRC is derped, try to find staff in other servers, and if it is a really bad rulebreak i pm staff on forums. If I didnt find any staff I try to remmeber to inform them about what happend later on.

You are indeed active and helpful, but I'm afraid I do still see a little immaturity in your personality ingame. It isn't a huge issue, and there are no major incidents, but it leads me to think that you value playing the game over helping people on the server.

Another point to note is how you speak ingame. I know English isn't your first language, and I have huge admiration for how much of it you know (I could never learn another language), but more often than not, you are speaking in 'txt tlk'. Words tend to lose meaning when they go from: 'Please do not do that' to 'Plz dont do dat'.

You have put a great deal of effort into this application, and have devoted a great deal of time to playing on the server, however at this current time, with the attributes you currently display, I am going to have to go for a -1.

I can see that you Took your time with the application, and avoided the 'txt tlk'. We want our staff to be professional in their work. Making a good impression/looking smart opposed to someone who uses txt speech. (I hope that) all of our staff members-globally- speaks in a correct, grammatical, and spelling wise language. If you took some time and spelt the words out correctly, then it would be gladly appreciated. Though, if you're struggling with grammar, just give it your best shot! It won't be as bad!

Honestly, I do see you helping here and there. Baker says he thinks you value playing rather than helping. 30 % of staffing is in ref mode, and the other 70% Is being an ordinary player(obviously still enforcing rules). The fact is that I can't really prove your intentions at the moment--if you play more than help. So, I think you're okay for the job. At least a two week trial.

I've noticed that you've been pretty helpful at times, also you are fairly active. I don't personally enjoy watching 'ppl tlk liek dis alot' a few times at the right moments could prove hilarious, but watching it constantly; i just can't stand it. I'm glad you took the time and made an effort here in your application! That being said, I understand that English is not your first language, however, with this being an English speaking server i would highly advise the use of Google or a dictionary whenever you have doubt!

Going from the information provided by Baker, i personally have not seen any major immaturity from you, and as Lag said you need to spend most of your time being an ordinary player. Honestly since I've been a trusted i think I've only been on ref mode a total of three maybe four times? It was only for a short time as well, only when I thought it was necessary.

So i believe you deserve at least a trial-run! +1

Summary:

Your "text" talk may give the wrong impression, but you certainly speak English better than I speak any other language so it's hardly fair for me to criticize.

At first you seemed a bit hot-headed, but my impressions may have been unfairly shaped by the text-talk. Recently I've noticed that you've been helping out, explaining rules and keeping the game flowing smoothly and generally displaying qualities that I'd like to see in a Trusted+ .

I'm stuck between a 0 and a +1. I'll go with a +1, just be sure to always keep a level head and avoid any outbursts and I think you'll make a great trusted.

Now danni, I have know you for a long time since you first join blocktopia and i think you are getting close to reaching that next step of being a trusted but like mention above you have some negative parts still affecting you.
I do feel you are getting there but i am going to have to -1 because your not quite ready yet. I will talk to you more about what may be needed but try to improve on what has been mention. Oh and one more thing, remember you are a player and not a staff member yet.

Will work on my language and try to dont talk txt talk. Will also try to be more mature and continue being helpful. If you see me doing something ingame that you dont like, or that you think i can do in a better way, please, say it, and i will do my best on improving it.:)
