One of the oldest teams in North America finally beat their rival in their first finals of their region's tournament in front of over 600,000 viewers, thousands of which were in Madison Square Garden where they played. They will go on to play in their first World Championships after clean sweeping a best of 5 series. Basically it was the most meaningful win in probably the history of this game's professional scene
