1. Stay classy, EscapeRestart.
No one likes to be insulted or abused. Nor does anyone like to see someone running around spouting off with vulgar language. It makes them look silly, and no one wants to look silly. With that in mind, we ask one very simple thing of you: Keep it classy.

2. Don't let a loophole become your noose.
Technicalities might be fun, but they don't fly. Just because you can abuse a glitch or flaw in our software doesn't mean you should. Just because there isn't a rule against something doesn't mean you should do it. We expect everyone to use common sense and good judgement when in our community.

3. Cats have nine lives; you dont.
We do our best to provide a fun, safe environment for everyone. This is the reason why we take our rules, and our enforcement of them, seriously. Punishments for breaking our rules can result in a kick as a gentle reminder, or a global ban from our entire community. If you feel you were punished without just cause, you may always appeal your ban in the respective forum section. The best way to avoid all the hassle? Know these rules, and the rules of the server you are playing on.

4. Play for fun, and the rest will follow.
You should be here because you want to have fun - not because you want to waltz in and be given staff ranking and the best items. All those things come as a result of you putting in time and dedication to both the servers and the community. Enjoy your time here and work towards your goals rather than expecting them to be fulfilled up front.

5. Yell!
Not literally - I don't think the other people in your house would appreciate it. When we say "yell", we simply want you to speak up! Have an idea on how to make something better? Tell someone. See something happening on the servers or forums you don't think is right? Let a staff member know. We rely on you just as much as our staff to keep EscapeRestart a fun place to be, so feel free to yell when something doesn't seem right.

Considering its your first day on the forums..
Necroposting means posting something that doesn't contribute to the topic in a thread that has not had a response in over a month. Your post was an example of both.

Not going to give you an infraction for it because, again, first day, but please keep it in mind for the future. Thanks :D
