Accepted [Bug] Pre-round chat bug

So, normally if you type something in chat that doesn't correlate to the map choices, you get the message of "Could not find map with name or number of [insert text here]."

I was typing to katman earlier and this happened:

This isn't really a bug. If you remember in the previous aod, chat was disabled during build time to prevent players from trying to persaude others to pick a certain map. It might be a possibility users will have access to chat in this time when they get to a certain rank, but I will have to discuss this with tnm first.
