It is obvious that I've overstepped and obviously stepped on both you and hunter's toes which is MY fault so I hope you both can forgive me for my assholeish assumptions and baseless offensive words.

With that, I will bow out of here and drop our disagreements.

I've never really had much experience with Android tablets unfortunately but from what some of the things I've read it seems like maybe some of your files got misconfigured and now you may need to reset your OS? I honestly have no idea. I would however recommend posting a thread here: http://www.androidtablets.net/forums/jellybean.330/

They should at least be able to give you a better answer than mine but hey maybe someone else here is more experienced with them than I am and will be able to save you some thread making. Either way, good luck with it.

(if you have no interest in posting another thread and would like to try resetting your prestigio multipad then I'd recommend taking a look at this page: http://www.hard-reset.com/prestigio-multipad-hard-reset.html and following the steps on it. NOTE: If you do this that you'll lose all your data currently saved unless you remove your SD card.)

Once again, best of luck with your problem man and sorry I wasn't really much help.
Pardon my interruption but it sounds like a hard reset is a factory reset. Didn't he say he already did that

Sometimes my dad's laptop (the computer I pretty much use every day) will blue screen at complete random for no explainable reason. However, said laptop is a freakin' power house and has only ever done this two or three times in the (almost) three years I've been using it.

in year 9 everyone who wasn't stupid got into batch files so if you left your computer unattended for a minute or two you'd come back to a notepad script opening up random things until your computer crashed

I get the BSOD everytime I try to download something. I'm sure I messed something up try to update my graphics card. And my computer was factory reset a few days before that.
