Description of Suggestion:
It appears that /nbthead broke, and then was removed. However, nothing was put in place as a substitute for it. I recommend putting something back in place which can offer player heads through an open command. A small plugin like EasyHeads would suffice.

Sure, but there's not much I can do to help. Implementation, permissions, and any potential aliasing would all have to be done by someone with access to console.
