Here is some basic information:

[BCOLOR=transparent]We will initially be accepting around 3-4 staff, however this is not a fixed number and can easily change depending on how many applications we receive and the quality of these. The best applicants will be promoted to Moderator, while the rest will be put on trial.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]What will improve my chances of being accepted?:[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]Being prior staff on AoD does give you a higher chance of being accepted, although it is not the only factor. Being active, responsible and having a good application will be what ultimately decides who gets staff.[/BCOLOR]
