In order to submit a map for the server, you will need to post a new thread in this subforum following the following format:

Note: A lot of players seem to be getting confused with what [Optional] means. This means you do not have to include this information in the submission, but you can if your map requires it.

Map Name: Create a unique name for your map!
Map Authors: List everybody that created the map.
Game Type: What game type is this map? Choose from Capture the Flag, TNT, Free for All/Team Deathmatch, Mob, Infection or Zombie. Please indicate the game mode in the thread title as well.
Map Worldborder: Tell us the center of the world border, and what it's radius should be. For example, the center could be 0, 0 and the radius could be 50 blocks. If your map is not square, use a radius that covers the whole map.
Download: Where we can download the map from. This could be a Create schematic, Create warp or a world save hosted on an external file sharing website. (Set a warp on Create with /setwarp [name])
Game Time: The time of day, also specify if the time should be locked or not.
Screenshots: It is recommended that you build the map and include screenshots with the default resource pack.

[Optional] Minimum amount of players: Min amount of players online for the map to show up in voting.
[Optional]
Maximum amount of players: Max amount of players online for the map to show up in voting.
[Optional]
Jump pads: Have any jump pads? Specify that here. We need where they are, and how high / far they should launch you.
[Optional]
Block explosion list: Specify if any blocks can be broken by explosion damage. (Wither skulls, TNT, etc.)
[Optional]
Block drop on/off: Specify if blocks can drop from explosion damage.
[Optional]
Notes: Additional notes you wish to include.

Additionally, we will need to know some other information specific to the game type. Please include the following information in your submission:

Colours of the Teams: The names of the two teams. This is often Red and Blue.
Preparation time: The amount of time before PvP and flag capturing are enabled.
Round Time: The length of the round, in seconds.
Spawn Locations: Where do the teams spawn? Multiple spawn locations can be defined.
Flag Locations: Where are the flag locations of each team? Specify one block location for each flag.

[Optional] Fall damage: Can the players take fall damage?
[Optional]
Can drown: Can the players drown?
[Optional]
Kits: Do the players have any kits? If so, specify that here!

Game Type: FFA/TDM/Both? If both, the map will be FFA until there are enough players online.
Preparation time: The amount of time before the round starts.
Round Time: The length of the round, in seconds.

If you are building your map on Create, it is probably a good idea to add the current AoD Staff Members to your plot so they are able to review the map easily. Here is the current list (will be updated when a player name changes, or new staff are assigned):

Please follow this guide every time you submit a map, as it allows staff to accept your application as quickly as possible, and details may have changed since the last time you read it.
If you would like some more advanced reading, have a read through this guide:
https://escaperestart.com/w/index.php/AoD_Config

Making your own config file can greatly help staff, but it’s not needed.

Your map submissions look alright and have nearly everything we require. Can you add details for spawn locations though? That seems to be everything.
