Nope, here is the corrected version:

0011100_ : 8/9
0011___1: 1/3/5/7/9/;/=/?/
00110___: 0/1/2/3/4/5/6/7/
0011000_: 0/1
0011100: 8/9

Its around 512 combos (I think), but its possible to bring it down to 16 :)
[0011100x] 8 / 9
[0011xxx1] ? / = / 9 / ; / 7 / 3 / 1 / 5
[0011100x] 8 / 9
[00110xxx] 0 / 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 / 7
[xx110101] 5 / u / õ / µ
[0011000x] 1 / 0
[x0110001] ± / 1
[0011100x] 9 / 8
[xx110110] ¶ / ö / 6 / v
[xx110010] 2 / r / ² / ò
[xx110101] 5 / u / õ / µ

I got this

Out of context, you're able to eliminate all the non-number characters. That should leave you with 640 options.

Looks like its Kami 2.0:

Got link from Major's spoiler.
You never got through all of those combinations right? If you looked closely at Mul's reply, the answer is hidden in plain sight :D

Wat.

How did the pros manage to narrow it down from 600+ to 16/70 combinations?

Any number (like 8 or 9) could be just as likely as the other. What did I miss?

Ended up getting it the long way, in the end. Look forward to more message with hidden riches :)

Well, if you use Discord; there is a pattern between the links. Thats knocks out a lot of possibilities.

Hmm this is Braille.

Edit: you sneaky guy.... this is binary code, and you intentionally skipped 0's and 1's and sometimes "this is number" signs.
Inverted L is "this is number" sign, group of 3 dots is 0, and single dot is 1. This mean I can go straight to bit converter.
Only 3 kinds of Braille signs are here.
001_1101 - this is first byte I got when I translated it.
I translated first 8 bytes, looks like there is Morse code. So there you can switch missing 1's and 0's to get "." or "-"
And then I used this translator to get text from Morse Code.

This is what I read from it:
⠼⠚⠚⠁⠃⠁⠁⠚⠁⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠚⠚⠚⠃⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠁⠁⠁⠚⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠁⠁⠁⠚⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠁⠁⠁⠚⠀⠼⠚⠁⠚⠁⠁⠁⠚⠃⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠚⠚⠚⠚⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠁⠁⠁⠚⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠃⠚⠚⠚⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠁⠁⠁⠁⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠃⠚⠚⠚⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠁⠁⠁⠚⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠁⠁⠚⠁⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠚⠚⠚⠚⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠁⠁⠁⠚⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠁⠁⠁⠚⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠃⠃⠚⠚⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠁⠁⠁⠚⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠃⠁⠁⠚⠁⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠁⠁⠁⠚⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠚⠚⠚⠚⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠃⠃⠁⠁⠁⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠃⠚⠚⠚⠚⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠁⠁⠚⠁⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠁⠁⠁⠚⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠁⠁⠁⠚⠀⠼⠃⠚⠁⠚⠁⠁⠁⠚⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠚⠚⠚⠚⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠁⠃⠁⠚⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠁⠁⠁⠚⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠁⠁⠚⠁⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠚⠚⠚⠚⠀⠼⠚⠃⠁⠚⠁⠁⠁⠚⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠁⠁⠚⠁⠀⠼⠚⠚⠃⠚⠁⠁⠁⠚⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠚⠚⠚⠚⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠁⠁⠚⠁⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠁⠁⠁⠚⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠚⠚⠃⠚⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠃⠃⠁⠚⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠁⠁⠁⠚⠀⠼⠚⠚⠁⠚⠁⠃⠁⠚
"⠃" means, that there was no sign here.

And that's what I got.
00121101 00100002 00101110 00101110 00101110 01011102 00100000 00101110 00102000 00101111 00102000 00101110 00101101 00100000 00101110 00101110 00102200 00101110 00121101 00101110 00100000 00122111 00120000 00101101 00101110 00101110 20101110 00100000 00101210 00101110 00101101 00100000 02101110 00101101 00201110 00100000 00101101 00101110 00100020 00102210 00101110 00101210
"2" means, that there was unknown bit.

I tried to guess missing 0's and 1's to get Morse code.
00101101 00100000 00101110 00101110 00101110 01011100 00100000 00101110 00100000 00101111 00100000 00101110 00101101 00100000 00101110 00101110 00100000 00101110 00101101 00101110 00100000 00101111 00100000 00101101 00101110 00101110 00101110 00100000 00101110 00101110 00101101 00100000 00101110 00101101 00101110 00100000 00101101 00101110 00100000 00101110 00101110 00101110

And this is what I got - it looks like some link. Or first slash was placed wrong?
- ...\ . / .- .. .-. / -... ..- .-. -. ...

And this is result:
TS E AIR BURNS
What? Did I messed something, when writing down Braille/Binary/Morse?
Or someone was complaining about air quality, when someone choked to death?
Or it meant to be THE AIR BURNS?

Aaaaand done. I probably messed up lacking bits or something.

speculating a bit, sounding like a story line-ish part, The air burns sounds a bit like FengQi (Wind) VS Ignatius (Fire) so possibly a war between these 2 factions?

or it's just a reference to a Thermobaric bomb (clicky)
