A Nostalgic Request for 2010-11ers

Does anyone who was around in the late 2010-2011 SMP have any of the following maps? I would be very grateful for some download links. The first map is of late 2010, just around the time Beta was released. The others are somewhat self-explanatory.

Thanks so much for the file, Clockwork. What sort of MCEdit tweaks does it need, though? I can definitely see it's not going to work by simply dragging the extracted file into my "saves" folder.

Not exactly sure, all I did was convert Silvervale and Hollowbastion a while back to 1.1. Just selected the regions and copy/pasted into a new world file.

Could take a very long time, unfortunately.
