A Dragon. This would be my

Process:
I started out with the mountain and terraformed it mostly using VoxelSniper's tools to create it. I first used the Voxel Brush (/b v), which come out as cubes instead of spheres, to layout stone blocks. And then I used the Erosion brushes (/b e lift -fill, melt, and smooth) to terraform the stone into a shape that I liked. Afterwards, I used Voxel's overlay brush (/b over d#) and put it at a depth of three. I first overlayed the lower part of the mountain with grass and then the peak of the mountain with snow blocks and the snow sheets. When I overlayed the snow sheets, I ended up getting floating snow -- to take the floating snow out, I used the Clean Snow Brush (/b cls) which basically deletes the floating snow sheets. Voxel's overlay brush is different to WorldEdit's overlay cmd (//overlay) where you can only choose one area to overlay whilst Voxel's enables you to "paint" what parts you want to overlay.
Moving on. I surveyed the mountain and tried to figure out how to incorporate the dragon with it. I switched tools and started using WorldEdit's Sphere Brush (//br sphere block size) and started building it's body off the top of my head. I didn't have any reference images at this point, but I had a general idea of what a dragon would look like. I added to the body quite a bit and then moved to the neck and then the head. I went through two different head positions after messing with the face of the dragon a few times over. Then I looked through reference images to see how I could style the dragon's wings. After filling the wings up, I switched back to VoxelSniper and used the Erosion brushes to "sculpt" the dragon's body to my liking. And then I added details and so on.

I have no idea why I told you my process, but maybe it could be of use to a few of you guys? Essentially, it takes a few tools to make something like this, so don't be a afraid to use VoxelSniper or WorldEdit to your advantage.
I also plan to make this plot all theme-like with a burning village/castle and maybe another creature attacking the dragon. And yes, it may look like a certain Pokemon, but that was unintentional and I really like the color scheme. Also, I may change a few things on the dragon, but if you guys have any input to make it better then feel free to post it!
The size of this dragon is roughly 130 blocks tall and 200 blocks wide.
This is on Buildbox in the AdvPlots world -- /mvtp advplots -- /warp RawrDragon -- if you want to see it.
